Since a while ago, a mysterious countdown has been posted on LUNA SEA’s official website. You probably couldn’t stop guessing what it was for, but now the pleasant surprise is finally revealed. LUNA SEA will perform at Osaka-jo Hall on 12/23/2012 and at Nippon Budokan in 1/2013 for 6 days! Their very last performance at Budokan was back in 5/2000 for “PREMIRE OF LUNACY 2000” and at Osaka-jo was back in 8/2000 for “LUNA SEA CONCERT TOUR 2000 BRAND NEW CHAOS.”
Especially for Budokan, most fans remember this venue as a special place where many LUNA SEA legends were born. LUNA SEA’s very first Budokan live was delayed due to a storm and “PREMIRE OF LUNACY 2000” was held at Budokan prior to the album release of “LUNACY.” With such cherished memories, Budokan is a legendary venue as sacred as Tokyo Dome. In 1/2013, LUNA SEA will write another new chapter of their legend at Budokan.
No one seems to know exactly when and what details will be follow, and the members are not going to break their silence anytime soon. For now, we will just keep an eye out for more details on “LIVE 2012-2013 The End of the Dream” and enjoy this waiting time by imagining beyond time and space about where LUNA SEA will take us to, in their next chapter.

L'Arc~en~Ciel WORLD TOUR 2012 ended today, with the last of the two concerts at Tokyo National Stadium.
Both concerts will be broacasted by the channel WOWOW on July 22nd.
But the band is already planning the next WORLD TOUR. This time the cities where L'Arc~en~Ciel will play will be voted by fans. The voting will start on June 1st at 8:00 AM (GMT).

Takanori Nishikawa (a.k.a. T.M. Revolution) held a concert titled “T.M.R. LIVE REVOLUTION'12 -15th Anniversary FINAL-”at Daiichi-Taiikukan, National Yoyogi Stadium in Tokyo on May 12th and 13th. Throughout this year, he had been active in holding anniversary events and this tour final was to commemorate the ending of15th anniversary and attracted 30,000 audiences in two days.
The reason for choosing the venue was that it had a capacity of 15,000 people which reminds us of the number“15”for his 15th anniversary.
May 13th was 16th anniversary of his debut which Takanori Nishikawa refers to“the first memorial day which T.M. Revolution began singing in front of the public”
and his extremely powerful performance had frenzied the audience.
When the show started, elliptical shaped LED screen seems like the shape of an egg or pupal had split in two and Takanori Nishikawa appeared on the stage
wearing white leather long coat. The floor was filled with deafening cries of joy from the audience and the first song he performed was ”BLACK OR WHITE”, a song in early days. Throughout his concert, he showed his future potentialities with his powerful singing voice and full-scaled dancing filling the venue with magnificent atmosphere. He sang 19 songs in total, with no intermission for two hours. The only phrase he yelled out was “I want to hear your shout!”
“T.M. Revolution is not only me->myself! It means all of you !!”
At encore, he appeared on the stage with T-shirt and shorts look and greeted to fans saying “Sorry for just shouting you for two hours without greetings! We’re T.M. Revolution”
He commented his anniversary as follows. “ Actually I don’t like looking back on the past, because now is the best!! The most precious thing is that I could be with you all, right at this moment together. T.M. Revolution is not only myself, it’s something which you take part in”
He mentioned his resolution as follows. “The only thing I can do is to sing. If my singing can help someone, I’ll go anywhere. I’ll keep on singing as long as I live! ” brimming with tears in his eyes.
After the concert, announcement that T.M.R would release musical packages in 3 consecutive weeks in September was shown on the screen.
First release will be live CD on September 12th titled“T.M.R. LIVE REVOLUTION 11-12 -CLOUD NINE”.
Second will be DVD and Blu-ray release titled “T.M.R. LIVE REVOLUTION 12 -15th Anniversary FINAL- 2012.5.12-13 Daiichitaikukan National Yoyogi Stadium”
Third will be the release of new version of greatest hit album “UNDER:COVER 2” on September 26th covering T.M.Revolution songs on his own->by himself.
There will be many well-known musicians participating in this album.

He established a new band called “abingdon boys school”in 2005 fronted by himself.
He was assigned a post as cultural ambassador for Shiga prefecture in 2008 and started to host->hosting first large-scale open-air music festival ever in history of Shiga
“The Inazuma Rock Festival”. Since this event was a big hit, it is becoming an annual event now.
He’s expanding his field as an actor, voice actor, and host for a media program.
Recently, he has been cast in TV commercial together with Portuguese boy “MIGERU”and this TV commercial ranked No.1 in monthly most favorable TV commercial chart in Japan.
T.M.Revolution is currently into musical activity with the scope of worldwide market.

In January, 2010, DIR EN GREY gave a concert at Budokan in Tokyo for 2 days only, as a part of their biggest project, “UROBOROS”. This legendary concert was documented and released theatrically later that same year as “DIR EN GREY UROBOROS at BUDOKAN the MOVIE”. It focused on the band‘s excellent sense of music and humanity, and showed real members both on the stage and back-stage. The film provided the fans a rare opportunity to see the band letting real self out. With fans' strong request, USTREAM will stream exclusively “DIR EN GREY UROBOROS at BUDOKAN the MOVIE “worldwide.
It was just announced that the band is suspending their musical activities due to the health issue of their vocal, Kyo.He was diagnosed as having vocal impairment and his doctor order him to stop performing and focus on the treatment.The band canceled their North American tour, which was originally set for this March and April.
The fans were devastated by this news. They started asking for re-release of “DIR EN GREY UROBOROS at BUDOKAN the MOVIE”. The film was only released in Japan but the re-release request came from not only Japan, but all over the world.To respond the fans passionate requests, USTREAM raised their hands to provide the fans to stream the film worldwide at the same time.
Originally, the camera was allowed to follow the band on condition that the film will be only released theatrically.However, the band agreed to this streaming to express appreciation for the fans and their support.
On USTREAM, the viewers are able to communicate to one another as they stream the contents. DIR EN GREY has a great number of enthusiastic fans across borders, and they can meet and share their passions towards the band as they watch the film. This will be a totally different experience from watching the film by yourself in cinema.

FanimeCon is pleased to announce that Igaguri Chiba will be performing at FanimeCon 2012’s MusicFest, held on May 26, Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend.
Igaguri Chiba is the vocalist of the musical group Sendai Kamotsu. The story goes that six workers from a mysterious freight company from the Miyagi Prefecture, perform together for a hobby. However, they always wear red overalls and heavy makeup to hide their identity from other coworkers at the freight company. Chiba works in the delivery department of this company and is the younger brother of Nightmare’s vocalist, Yomi.
Sendai Kamotsu announced their hiatus in November of 2009 due to the freight company becoming bankrupt in the economic recession. The bankruptcy story is told in their “Fukyou no Kaze” music video. Since then, Chiba has launched a solo career in efforts to build up the capital to revitalize the freight company.
In October of 2010, Chiba released his first solo single, “Gira Gira Boys”. Japanese
for “Glitter Boys”, it exemplifies Chiba’s flamboyant performing style. He then embarked
on a short tour titled “”Gorgeous” 3 Point Special~On the Road Until Sendai Kamotsu's Revival~vol.1”. Chiba is currently preparing for his third tour, set to begin on June 29th, 2012.
In addition to his performance at MusicFest, Igaguri Chiba will be hosting panels,holding autograph sessions, selling limited merchandises and interacting with international fans during FanimeCon 2012. The complete schedule of events will be available at www.fanime.com closer to the convention.
